Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic Solutions Sales and Marketing professional with a strong technical background in RFID software and solution delivery. This individual will serve as both the face of the product and the driving force behind its growth-leading sales efforts, managing implementations, creating documentation and training, and ensuring successful adoption of the software across multiple customers.This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, product management, and technical delivery-a professional who can both close deals and ensure clients see measurable success from the solution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Serve as the subject matter expert for RFID software solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts, from prospecting and demos to proposals and closing.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales collateral in collaboration with leadership.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the RFID solution at trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead RFID software implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Configure, test, and deploy the solution in alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure smooth integrations and client satisfaction.
- Create detailed project plans, user documentation, and process guides.
Training & Enablement
- Develop and deliver client and internal training materials.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, release notes, and product knowledgebase.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful adoption and ROI for clients.
Product & Market Strategy
- Provide feedback to the development team for product enhancements.
- Stay current on RFID trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Support marketing efforts through thought leadership, case studies, and success stories.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in RFID, IoT, or enterprise software sales and implementation.
- Proven ability to lead both technical projects and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of RFID technology, asset tracking, and software integration concepts.
- Experience in creating and delivering product demos, trainings, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills-comfortable engaging both executive and technical audiences.
- Self-starter who can balance sales targets with implementation responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
