As a Dermatologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients who require specialized care. You will be part of a collaborative team model that integrates primary and specialty care providers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and expanding patient population.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct physical assessments for patients with specialized dermatological conditions.
Formulate and execute care plans for these patients, including prescribing medications, exercises, and other treatments.
Work alongside clinical and administrative teams to manage patient care, ensuring continuity through effective communication with external health and social agencies.
Act as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists, such as general surgeons, and consult on patient care matters.
Educate and counsel individuals and groups regarding specific healthcare needs, serving as a specialist educator.
Contribute to the creation of health education programs.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible in Dermatology.
Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or the ability to obtain it post-hire, in accordance with state regulations.
Current active Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration or the ability to obtain it post-hire, in accordance with state regulations.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required depending on the specialty.
Compensation for this specialty typically ranges from $360,000 to $672,500. Total cash compensation includes base salary and bonuses, influenced by various factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience, with potential increases over time based on productivity and performance. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws.
