Pay Range- $ 450,000- 650000 Annual

A well-established, physician-owned dermatology practice located near Ithaca, NY is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join their dynamic team. Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $350,000–$650,000+ annually
  
• Guaranteed base salary plus productivity bonus (Year 1)
  
• Straight percentage of collections (Subsequent years)
  

Schedule:

• Flexible 4–4.5 day workweek
  
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
  
• No call or weekend responsibilities
  

Clinical Focus:

• General Dermatology (bread and butter cases)
  
• Optional expansion into Cosmetic Dermatology and MOHS Surgery
  
• Optional teaching opportunities with medical students/residents
