Description

KCHA is accepting proposals for a  (9months) for the period beginning October 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, with an option to be exercised by KCHA, for an additional fiscal year ending June 30, 2028, will be received at the Kankakee County Housing Authority, PO Box 965, 185 N. St. Joseph Avenue, Kankakee, IL 60901 until 3:00 pm CST on Monday, September 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST.  Proposals will be held in confidence and not released in any manner until after the contract award.

By submission of a proposal, the Offeror, whose proposal is accepted agrees to enter into a standard HUD approved written contract with the Kankakee County Housing Authority for the proposed amount.  The selected Offeror will further accept all terms and conditions and will fulfill all specifications, as stated in the attached RFP.

All proposals should be prepared in accordance with the attached instructions and will be evaluated by the Kankakee County Housing Authority as stated in the evaluation factors for award within the RFP.

The prospective offerors will have an opportunity to do a walk thru of the server room to determine the scope of work that will be required.  An appointment will need to be scheduled with front desk.
